Next Step Conference was created for business owners in any stage of success to gather with other business owners to learn from and to receive encouragement to reach their goals. Matt Yoder, founder of Next Step Conference is an entrepreneur of 20 years. He is owner of Yoder builders specializing in horse barns and horse barn/apartment combinations. Along with owning his own business, Matt’s business portfolio also includes property investment. His passion is to help people live in their destiny as they pursue their dreams. His main encouragement to entrepreneurs, “Every day is a gift from God – enjoy the process.”

Dr. Lee E. Kizer is a Professor of Business at Southern Wesleyan University. He earned his MBA from the University of Arkansas and his Doctor of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University. He has extensive experience in leadership, management and training. As a former Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), he continues to perform security contract work for the federal government with the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice.
Jesse & Jessica Grote

Jesse and Jessica have been ‘talking business’ since the day they met. Their ambition and drive quickly connected the two of them. They made their partnership official by getting married in 2012, and have been successfully working together ever since. Jesse and Jessica own and operate their Real Estate Brokerage firm, Paul Properties. Together they help buyers and sellers with houses, flip properties, and manage a portfolio of rental properties. Jesse is a people person who moves a million miles a minute. He is usually out on the road meeting with clients and making deals happen. Jessica uses her degree in accounting, and background in corporate management, to manage the behind the scenes daily operations of their business. She is the yin to his yang, the calm to his storm, the peanut butter to his jelly... together they make a great team in both business and marriage, as they continue to quickly grow their young company.

Rebekah Nolt is a Life Purpose & Business Coach for business owners, Speaker, National Recruiter and Mentor. Rebekah is also the Founder of EntrepreneHerNation.com a support and empowerment group specifically for women in business. Through this platform she offers one-on-one and team coaching, teaches 8 week long Growth courses, hosts multiple Women's Retreats and offers mentorship to women who are looking to find their purpose and upscale their businesses.
Rebekah has 8 years of experience as a missionary in W. Africa and 7 years in the direct sales/network marketing industry. This combination gives her unique perspectives on life, purpose, business as ministry and personal growth.
